I would like to buy an item that is listed online as “assorted” but I want a particular colour or design. Can I request this?

Unfortunately not, for orders placed online we are not able to fulfill specific requests for Assorted items.

I want to cancel an order that I have placed recently but have not received yet. Can I do this?

Unfortunately once your order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. However once you receive your order, we can assist with refunding and returning the items.

Products in my cart are no longer available when I’m checking out – what happened?
